Ken Auster has created some
speeded-up videos of his painting process. The sound tracks are intense & rhythmic (The Ventures, Van Halen...) and it makes painting seem like an athletic dance (maybe because Ken started out as, and still is, a surfer). If you look closely, you can see how he starts with a big brush and proceeds to smaller brushes towards the end of the painting.

Somehow, we've never heard of "Me First and the Gimme Gimmes" before, and it took a while to even recognize the song...
